This was extreme display of wanton and disregard towards both the safety of everyone inside-staff and guests alike. I also plan on forwarding my picture along with my experience to the local fire marshall and the Kansas Gaming Commission. I also would like to complete a formal complaint into Cameron's actions and behavior towards me and the other guests. I feel unsafe entering your facilities and I would like some sort of formal apology. Your floor manager Cameron was extremely rude and patronizing to the guests that were essentially barricaded inside. Had there been an emergency like a fire or an active shooter, everyone in there would have been in serious danger and lives could have been lost. This is a serious safety issue and I might consult a lawyer about this. The door to the garage exit was also dropped down, making it so that we couldn't leave the building. I uploaded a picture of the emergency exits that were zip-tied shut well before the announced closing time of 2 a.m.
